Dana Point,

Thoughtfully Positioned

Focused on owner-user and investment opportunities, off-market positioning, and strategic acquisitions along the Dana Point coast.

How I Work

  • Identifying owner-user opportunities that aren’t immediately obvious

  • Navigating off-market situations with discretion

  • Positioning properties to let the market validate value

  • Acting as a sounding board through key decisions

If you’re thinking through a property or opportunity in Dana Point, I’m always happy to be a sounding board.

No agenda on my end.

Approach

Ken Robertson is a commercial real estate advisor focused on coastal properties and long-term ownership decisions.

His work centers on helping private investors and families think through real estate—whether that means evaluating a potential sale, understanding current value, or identifying opportunities that aren’t always obvious at first glance.

Over the course of his career, Ken has worked across brokerage, development, and investment management, including time on the institutional side of the business. That experience gives him a broader perspective on how real estate decisions are made—and how they play out over time.

Earlier in his career, he served as Central Region President for KBS Realty Advisors, where he oversaw more than $5 billion in commercial real estate investments. In 2018, he chose to refocus his work on advising private owners more directly.

Today, his practice is based in Laguna Beach and focused across the Southern California coast, working closely with owners of commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.

He is known for his thoughtful approach and ability to work closely with owners who have deep personal ties to their properties.
